Super snobbato The Ghost Writer, mentre Uomini che odiano le donne e Alice in Wonderland sono ovunque, compreso Depp cappellaio.
La Granik e Polanski snobbati.
Ovviamente anche Io sono l'amore è onnipresente, attrice inglese + parte del film ambientata a Londra :roll:

Di solito le scelte dei BAFTA le trovo interessanti ma quest'anno hanno dato il peggio di se: Winter's Bone è stato completamente ignorato così come The Ghost Writer (nonostante sia un co-produzione inglese) e Never Let Me Go, troppe incomprensibili nomination per Uomini che odiano le donne, L'illusionista ignorato (nonostante fosse pure una co-produzione inglese). The Social Network è stato fortemente ridimensionato in confronto alla award season e ha solo una nomination in più di Alice in Wonderland.

Fortunatamente Io sono l'amore è stato ridimensionato anche qui dopo i globi, delle 7 "nomination" è uscito senza manco una di quelle ufficiali, nemmeno la amatissima Tilda è rientrata tra le attrici.

Mah, dai BAFTA mi aspettavo qualcosina in più viste le longlists, ma non mi posso lamentare... la Rapace ha ottenuto la nomina, davvero molto brava.

(ecco già si vede che non siamo in USA, social network ridimensionatissimo (6° per numero di nomine) e a questo punto molto difficilmente vincitore BAFTA film o regia)
